The use of AirBurst® requires a Licensing Agreement to use the proprietary process as well as the registered trademark, similar to a fast food chain or product licensing. There is proprietary information that needs to be preserved and specific recipes or procedures that must remain confidential. The licensing legally protects both the licensor and licensee so that there are no misunderstandings and provides for protection of all confidential information whether owned by the licensor or licensee.

Use of the registered trademark is regulated so that it is only associated with the highest standards recognized by the water well industry. AirBurst® has always set that standard and will continue to do so in the future.
